Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you may fill out a client profile to prepare for your service. Feel free to arrive as early as you like to enjoy our relaxation room before your service.
Cancellations
Please provide 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes of all appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of scheduled service. No Shows will be charged the full service price. This policy also applies to gift card holders.
Checks
We do not accept personal checks.
Children
Guests must be at least 12 years of age to receive spa services. No children unless they are having spa services.
Confirmation Policy
A spa coordinator will reconfirm with you the day before your scheduled appointment.
Credit Card
A credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Etiquette
In order that St. George Day Spa may provide all clients with the very best of care, please respect these policies while in the spa:
 Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume.
Please turn all cell phones and pagers off.
Please secure all valuables, as we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Gift Cards
Give the gift of health and beauty. Cards are a memorable expression of caring for any occasion. Gift cards are available in any denomination and may be used towards all products and services. Gift cards are transferable, but not refundable. Expired gift cards will not be honored since there is a 1 year expiration date on all cards.
Gratuity
Rates do not include gratuity, which is both appropriate and appreciated. A cash gratuity is especially appreciated.
Hours
Monday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Late Arrivals
All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible.
Massage and Body Treatments
Please specify therapist gender preference at the time of booking. Speak with the therapist directly about style and depth of pressure.
Payment
All major credit cards accepted, including debit cards.
Return Policy
Unused product in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
